We currently use Pipedrive. It was set up extremely poorly so we will need to do a complete CRM overhaul regardless, so I'm using the opportunity to explore different vendors. We have a highly complicated account relationship structure, multiple products, etc., which would probably be easier to set up in a more flexible CRM like SFDC.
