SaaS companies are selling less software, which means RevOps teams are buying less software.
But this doesn't mean every RevOps project needs to get put on hold.
We got Michelle Cavallo, VP of Global Sales Operations at Avepoint, Matt Sansone, Sr. Director of Revenue Operations at Teleport, and Eyal Orgil, CRO and Co-Founder at DealHub together, where they explained how to build a business case to navigate your CFO’s pains and prepare your company for long term success.
Want to know the secret? The tools you need are already in-house. Take a page from your sales team’s playbook and use your sales methodology–in reverse–to make software purchases. Here's how. 👇🏻
The RevOps Co-op welcomes Calixa as a community partner to help our members with all of their PLG questions!
So who is Calixa? 🤔
Calixa is a Product-Led Sales platform that leverages data across your entire GTM stack, layering in machine learning and transforming your self-serve funnel into a predictable revenue engine. In just a few clicks, you can connect your CRM, data warehouse, and SaaS apps to Calixa to achieve a unified view of accounts and users without relying on engineering resources.
Transform your entire sales team into top performers — just as Clickup, Netlify, and Jasper have — by giving them the product insights and workflows to prioritize and close the best deals, faster.

Really curious how everyone manages automatic salesforce activity tracking for those that need the report-ability that isn't available using EAC. We are evaluating a few vendors, MatchMyEmail is what we are leaning to right now, but we are worrisome about duplicate record creation along side of Salesloft and in general, I hate acquiring another tool for something that should be damn simple. Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions? Read 10 replies here.
How do you all advise AEs and AMs to record their notes, in Salesforce? There's resistance when I suggest using Tasks, and I refuse to create a new text field. Read 12 replies here.

Tycho shares insights into why it’s important to try out ChatGPT, what works and what doesn’t in generative AI, and what happens in B2C marketing that he would like to see happen more often in B2B.
RevOps has emerged as a critical strategy for driving sustainable growth and profitability in B2B organizations. With the market in downturn, the call for revenue transparency gets louder. However, as CROs look for new ways to create revenue efficiency today, there is one core problem which impedes this. The problem is the huge gap between revenue planning and execution.
Closing deals is tough. You do everything you can to make sure everything is buttoned up only to get an unpleasant surprise at the last minute. Sound familiar?
